StructureThe structure of the National Building Suppliers Group is a unit trust owned by its members as unit holders. A corporate trustee, National Building Suppliers Group Pty. Ltd., administers the trust. Current Executive Management Committee
Each member nominates a principal representative (usually an owner or chief executive) and a merchandise representative (usually a buyer) to attend each Natbuild conference. Principal representatives meet at least twice per year and a merchandise committee usually meets at least two times per year to consider buying decisions and give effect to them. |
