Timber Groups NSW / QLD

The National Building Suppliers Group (Natbuild) is a buying group of 39 independent Building Supplies merchants operating from over 160 metropolitan and regional locations throughout Australia.

Within the National Building Suppliers Group (Natbuild) there are three sub-groups; the New South Wales Timber Group, the Queensland Timber Group, and the Southern region Timber Group.

The timber sub-groups were formed to negotiate Timber and Woodpanel trading arrangements on a regional basis, for selected members with significant timber purchases.

Each year the timber sub-groups perform a review program via a submission process covering all products within the timber category – inclusive of:

DAR Mouldings and Linings – Pine, FJ, Aust HWD, Meranti, MDF
Decking & Flooring – Local and Imported
Engineered Timber Products – I Beam, LVL & Laminated
Dressed HWD - Posts, beams & rails
H3 Preprimed – Posts, beams & Fascia
Landscaping – Fencing, Posts and Sleepers
Panel products – Plywood, OSB, Particleboard & MDF
Structural Timbers – CCA treated, LOSP Treated, Radiata framing, KD and Green HWD
