Peter has had a successful background with over 25 years in the building supplies and associated manufacturing industries. He has held positions as General Manager and CEO with 3 large independents - J H Williams, Cairns Hardware and Bretts. His roles with Natbuild ranged over the past 10 years from Principal's representative to Board member. He is passionate about the future of independents. Peter has a solid understanding of the expectations and charter of Natbuild to defend and grow its members position, profitability and market share.
A Natbuild Product Category Manager since January 2010, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge from his roles as General Manager at Dahlsen's and Merchandising Manager at Gunn's, both Natbuild members. Jon was involved with Natbuild at its inception in 1992, in his role at Gunn's, who were one of the founding members of the Group.
In an impressive career spanning over 35 years in the timber and building supplies industry, Mick has held numerous positions, beginning on the ground floor as a 15 year old with Bowens. Mick has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge working on both the retail and supplier sides, spanning customer service, purchasing, sales, operations management and merchandise management. His expertise in timber and woodpanels is derived from over 12 years working for Bowens in the capacity of merchandising manager.
Experienced in both retail and supplier sides of the industry, Danny has over 20 years experience in a number of senior roles. Having spent 12 years in the hardware retail business at JH Williams and 8 years working with ITW Proline and Bostik, his dedication to the independent hardware and supplies channel provided the opportunity to become a Product Category Manager with Natbuild. His roles have varied throughout his career, including sales, store management, category management, business development and operations.
With over 7 years experience in retail head offices supporting franchisees and licensees, Adriane's previous role as a Buying Co-ordinator for a large tool store has helped her align and organise large amounts of data into a logical and rational database. Having also worked for two of Natbuild's premium suppliers in both sales and administration roles, Adriane's industry knowledge is exceptional, providing sound data and analytical results.
Returning to Natbuild after seven years a Product Masterfile Manager with another organisation, Simon has a wealth of experience in administration systems across several industries. An admin all-rounder, Simon is looking forward to contributing to the success of Natbuild, Members, and Suppliers in a competitive environment.
Having been in the hardware building and supplies industry for the past 7 years, Josta has been part of metropolitan and regional operations in both management and accounting roles. With a Diploma of Business and a total of 18 years as a bookkeeper, Josta started with Natbuild in a Product Category Administration role, and now has the challenging position of Financial Controller.
Jaclyn's career originated in hospitality at a large hotel in Bendigo, where she was employed as Event Manager. A Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism and 13 years in hospitality helped her secure a materinity leave replacement position at Natbuild in 2014. Since then, Jaclyn has become a full time member of the Natbuild team, organising conferences and promotions for Natbuild Members and Suppliers.
An accumulated 11 years experience in the trade, building and hardware industry, with a speciality in marketing and IT related roles, has helped Jarrod become a key member of the Natbuild team. He has been the recipient of numerous customer service awards while working at Telstra and has acquired an advanced and diverse skillset during his career, including scheduling, sales, marketing, graphic design, IT helpdesk and support as well as website maintenance.
A recent addition to the Natbuild team, Craig brings over 16 years of commercial IT experience to a newly developed role. His broad range of skills include infrastructure design, deployment and management, software development (including lifecycle), website design and development as well as project management.
