Under this program, Natbuild will promote your products and brands to our members and their customers. Member FAQs

Why would I join the group?

Natbuild is a member owned, buying group with a real focus on supporting independents. We return 100% of profits back to our members. We have a wealth of experience and take pride in having the best members and suppliers in the industry working with a common goal to grow our combined offer to the market.

What is the cost to join?

There is no cost to join, however, we require a commitment from you to purchase from our aligned suppliers. Our members decide who they want in the group as such once they have agreed to an application a joining fee is not necessary.

Can I be part of another buying group?

We do require a 100% commitment to purchase products from our aligned suppliers. We will not allow or facilitate you to cherry-pick deals. We do focus our attention on supplier deals that service our trade approach so we understand that in some instances you may also be involved with another buying group that offers support in other categories and services.

Do you have branding style guidelines?

No, you can continue to present your store as it is, independent, with your known brand in your market. Talk to us about how best to reference and leverage from the Natbuild brand to support your alignment.

Do I need to join for a minimum amount of time?

We will not lock you into a contract, however, to achieve the most value from joining our group, the longer you are aligned the better the outcomes for you.

Supplier FAQs

How do I become a supplier to Natbuild’s members?

We recommend giving us a call or getting in touch on our contact page. One of our Product Category Managers will call you to discuss how we can be a good fit for each other. It is important to consider that Natbuild focuses on products related to residential trade construction and a portion of commercial. Our members businesses are primarily trade focused. Given that our focus is to build support and grow our existing suppliers, a stringent selection criteria and process follows an expression of interest.
